酒井真世 (画家・ジャズベーシスト）

2021年より絵画活動を開始し、ミラノ、ロンドン、バルセロナ、パリ、フィレンツェなど欧州主要都市および日本で展示を行う。2023年より英国王立美術家協会（Royal Society of British Artists）の名誉ゲストメンバー。2025年にはニューヨーク・マンハッタンのARTIFACTにてグループ展に参加。

風景や花などの身近なモチーフを扱いながら、その背後にある“言葉にならないもの”を描くことが多い。制作は必ずしも音楽的な表現を意図して行うものではないが、制作プロセスや画面構成の中に、結果として音楽的なリズムや即興性が立ち上がる作品が生まれている。

2023年2月　日本の美術　全国選抜作家展　審査員特別賞（上野の森美術館）

Masayo Sakai is a painter and jazz bassist.

Since beginning her artistic practice in 2021, she has exhibited her works in major European cities including Milan, London, Barcelona, Paris, and Florence, as well as in Japan. She has been an Honorary Guest Member of the Royal Society of British Artists (RBA) since 2023. In 2025, she participated in a group exhibition at ARTIFACT in Manhattan, New York.

While often employing familiar motifs such as landscapes or flowers, her works seek to capture the “unspoken” elements that lie behind these images. Although her process is not intentionally musical, rhythmic and improvisational qualities naturally emerge within the composition and development of her paintings.
